TERMS and CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions set out below constitute the legal agreement between you (the customer) and Solid Gold Hat Ltd relating to the provision of training courses.
Acceptance of booking and invoicing
Solid Gold Hat Ltd has the right to not accept a booking.
Bookings are made through the malcolmlove.org website.
It is possible to book a place on a course and request an invoice via [email protected] or via telephone.
If a booking request is made using the malcolmlove.org website, you will receive an automatic email confirming your booking.
Similarly Solid Gold Hat will send email confirmation of your booking upon receipt of invoice payment.
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking should only be deemed to be confirmed when Solid Gold Hat Ltd issues an email receipt in respect of the booking.
Course fee and payment
Public Courses: The fee to attend a public course must be paid in full before the date of the course.
Payments made online (through malcolmlove.org) or in response to an invoice must be made before the date of the course.
Solid Gold Hat Ltd has the right to refuse an attendee entry to the course if the course fee is not paid before the date of the course.
Cancellations and Refunds
The customer must advise Solid Gold Hat Ltd via [email protected] in writing of a cancellation.
If a customer cancels a booking 7 calendar days or less before the date of the course, 100% of the course fee will be payable by the customer to Solid Gold Hat Ltd (i.e. customers will receive no refund of course fees).
If a customer cancels their booking 8 days or more before the date of the course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded to the original payee.
If a delegate can no longer attend a course date, they can nominate another person to attend the same course date in their place. This will incur no charge.
Notice of a delegate substitute must be made to [email protected] in writing.
Cancelled courses
Solid Gold Hat Ltd has the right to cancel a course presentation after acceptance of nominations. In this event Solid Gold Hat Ltd will reimburse in full any course fees paid and Solid Gold Hat Ltd’s liability will be limited to the value of the course fees paid.
